Spirit Lamp

Description

This spirit lamp illuminates your surroundings to a degree that helps you establish a line of sight even during rainy or foggy nights. The item is also said to help one see sleeping souls.
- Caution: This lamp can only be used over a period of one hour upon its acquisition. Should the spirit lamp ever become lost or expired, you may reacquire a new spirit lamp. Simply make sure there is no spirit lamp in your inventory, then interact with the investigation report next to Marrion, who is on the top floor of Chief Durgeff's office. You cannot use lamp oil on a spirit lamp.
