※ How to Use the Ship License
1. Press [RMB] on the item and navigate to the nearest Wharf.
2. Talk to the Wharf Manager and select "Wharf."
3. Select "Register Ship" menu and select the item.
4. Enter the ship's name and press "Yes" to register.
5. Select the registered ship and press "Take Out."
