Oquilla's Tear

Description

Water that emits blinding light found rarely in the deep portions of Oquilla's Eye. Sea creatures of the great oceans that come into contact this water are said to transform into forms which emit blinding light. Legend has it that the water is made from the tears shed by Oquilla, the goddess of the ocean, when she abandoned her two children.
