Moodle Gukbap

Description

The original Moodle Village Gukbap cooked with Big Auntie Wolim's secret recipe. A meat gukbap, or rice stew. A clove of garlic gets rid of the smell of pork while a bit of rice flour thickens the soup and gives it the milky color. It's always voted No.1 in the yearly list of favorite dishes among those who work at the Nampo Shipyard.
