A belt only available to the honorable destroyers of Helms.
Set effect is enabled when equipped with Necklace of Sealed Spell or Necklace of Sealed Magical Power.
It can be enhanced with the same item, but if enhancement fails, both will be lost.
This belt can be obtained through completing the daily quest "[Repeat] Helm Destroyer!" via NPC Barattan Lancer of Helms Post, Mediah.
