You will have a 100% chance of successfully reforming an item.
Press [RMB] to start item reform.

※ Earthshaking and Fiery sub-weapons cannot be upgraded any further.
※ Heart of Kutum x1 will be consumed per item reform attempt. The reformed Earthshaking weapon will have the following effect(s):

Max HP +525
