You will have a 100% chance of successfully reforming an item.

※ Storm Devoured & Fiery awakening weapons cannot be upgraded any further.
※ Heart of Karanda x1 will be consumed per item reform attempt. The reformed Storm Devoured weapon will have the following effect(s):

- Awakening Weapons:
Crystal Socket +1
Critical Hit Extra Damage +3%

- Usage #2: Process into crafting materials
