[Guild] Cannon Observatory

Description

An annex for a Command Post/Fort.

Cannons produced in the observatory need to be claimed.
The number of cannons available for installation depends on the number of the cannon observatories in the most recent Fort/Command Post. Cannons are returned automatically when Fort/Command Post is destroyed or the Node/Conquest war is concluded.
