※ Sets enhancement success rate to 12.5% of the gear's base rate at 0 Enhancement Chance (ignores current).
※ Your Enhancement Chance and Agris Essence will not increase even if the enhancement fails.
※ Regardless of the enhancement result, the used item will be removed.
