You can check for when Garmoth will appear via Menu ([Cancel]) - Information - Adventurer's Guide (F1).

- Press [RMB] on the item to automatically accept the quest.
- You cannot accept this quest if you have 30 or more quests in progress.
- If you lose this item, talk with Fughar to once again obtain it.
