Who was the first person to start calling others dastards? Some students at the academy have begun blaming others for their own mistakes.
I understand being afraid of getting scolded and wanting to shift the blame, but making someone else answer for your mistakes is cowardly.
I have no intention of reprimanding them over every little slipup, but if this continues, I may have to put up a notice.

While sorting through the documents I had put off, I came across the story of Dastard Bheg.
Bheg betrayed his own kind in pursuit of power, and eventually even tried to abandon the group he once led.
Of course, I doubt our students would ever become quite that cowardly. Still, just in case, I should put this on the notice board:
"Anyone who blames a friend for their mistake will receive twice the assignments."
